Matsushita (Matshita Panasonic) dv100/101/102 Palmcorder Driver Driver. This is the driver needed for connecting any of the aforementione Panasonic Palmcorders. It is at best just a recognition protocol for both the camera and your PC. If you use the lastest version of ULEADs photo explorer either 6(a free download) or eight (Not a free download) both work excellent in transfering and capurturing your images. OS is not limited to ME singularly to ME with 98SE also.
