* Fixed a problem where USB pipes would be reported as leaked after each

configuration change.

* Fixed a problem where the driver would not unload properly after it had

streamed audio for the first time.

* Fixed a problem with the Finder in Puma relaunching when the MobilePre

is unplugged and replugged in. This was caused by problems with Puma's

handling of mute/level control notifications.

* Fixed Input only/ output only recording and playback.

* Fixed some stability issues that would cause the driver to crash under

certain obscure conditions.
