Hi Val H446EU-15R CD-RW 6X4X6 Driver. Was a hard to find driver until I talked with the tech guys at Hi Val. He referred me to this file and voila, problem solved! Download, unzip and setup.exe BEFORE connecting drive. I KNOW it works for Win98SE. You may want to try for others.
