Other Companies I-Concepts/Sakar Driver. This is the driver for Windows 98SE that come with the I-Concepts USB to serial adapter. It seemed to install okay, but insisted that it be defined as COM 5. I don't have any device that works on COM 5, so I don't know if this driver or the hardware function at all.
