Sceptre Technologies SVC300 Driver. This is an exact copy of the installation floppy disk that came with my Sceptre SV-C300B2 USB PC Camera. The driver version is 2.18C. It states it is for Windows 98, but may work on other 9x versions. I do know it does NOT work with WinXP, which is why I was here in the first place - looking for an XP driver for it.
