OmniVision TRENDnet TV-PC301 Driver. It works excellent, just run the exe to unzip files, connect your webcam, your pc must autodetect the device, browse to the directory where the files were unziped when the dialogbox ask you for them.
File Contents: You will need the windows'98SE CD or the cabs.
