Dazzle Multimedia eUSB Mass Storage Class Adapter Driver. Okay, I found the driver I needed. Here it is in case anyone else is looking for it.
File Contents: It should work on Windows 98 and Windows 2000. Just unzip it (be sure to choose "recreate directories" or your program's equivalent of that option) and run Setup.exe.
